Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the Privileged Access Management development team and services, including privileged IDs for employee and partner accounts, serving as an escalation point as needed.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate various applications with CyberArk for password management through CCP, CP, or REST/API.
  • Work closely with business unit leaders globally to deliver a seamless CyberArk solution, including configuration of CyberArk's EPV, CPM, and PVWA components in accordance with established policies and standards.
  • Troubleshoot endpoint issues related to CyberArk connectivity, password rotation, vault management, patching, and infrastructure support, resolving or escalating as necessary.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert within the CyberArk environment.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of Privileged Access across the organization.
  • Research PAM tools and products in the market to assess their suitability for our environment.
  • Oversee the governance structure of the PAM program, providing regular updates and progress reports to senior management.
  • Promote best practices in Privileged Access control across the organization through education and awareness initiatives.
  • Mentor, motivate, and evaluate the performance of direct reports, providing guidance in resolving complex issues.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Security, along with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of formal training, industry certifications, and work experience in a related field is acceptable.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and cybersecurity risk management.
  • Strong background in CyberArk administration, including Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), EPV, PSM, PVWA, and CPM.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of working independently or as part of multiple teams.
  • Proficient in documenting processes and workflows.
  • Ability to coach and transfer knowledge to key stakeholders.
  • At least one information security certification is preferred (e.g., CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, CISSP, CIAM, CISM, SANS).
  • Advanced knowledge of security systems, access controls, network security, security platform administration, incident response, architecture, risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong soft skills in communication, influence, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management.
  • Advanced critical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic vision and planning skills at an enterprise level.
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives.
  • Strong conceptual skills: ability to navigate ambiguity, creativity, and lateral thinking.

  • Hands-on experience implementing CyberArk, including upgrades and migrations.
  • Familiarity with various platforms such as Wintel, Unix/Linux, and Databases.
  • Experience in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of systems like SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and SailPoint.
  • Experience using CyberArk PACLI for task automation related to user and safe management.
  • Experience in workflow automation.
  • Project management experience.
