Key Responsibilities

We seek a highly skilled professional to collaborate with our teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating environmental and social risks associated with client engagements. As an ESG Policy Advisor, you will work closely with our Local Risk & Compliance teams to ensure compliance with the group ESR Policies requirements.

The successful candidate will also support the ESR Team in tracking and monitoring the APAC portfolio, providing critical insights to inform our Group Annual Reports and other ESR reporting and public disclosures.

In this role, you will assist in promoting our ESR Policy Framework through local training and the development of relevant guidance documentation. You will also represent Natixis in local ESR initiatives and working groups, fostering relationships with local industry associations and regulators.

As a key member of our team, you will participate in or coordinate regional initiatives aimed at minimizing our direct environmental impact and contributing positively to society and our employees.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Local Risk & Compliance teams to ensure compliance with the group ESR Policies requirements.
  • Supporting the ESR Team in tracking and monitoring the APAC portfolio.
  • Providing local training to Front Office, Risk, and Compliance colleagues on the ESR Policy Framework.
  • Liaising with ESR team in Head Office on ESR market development and trends.
  • Representing Natixis in local ESR initiatives and working groups.
  • Participating in regional initiatives to minimize our direct environmental impact.
