Job DescriptionAs a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering transformational projects across technology, process, people, and data domains. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients develop and implement target operating models, lead technology selection processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
You'll conduct strategic assessments, facilitate workshops, develop solution recommendations, and support implementation activities. Additionally, you'll contribute to proposal development, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and mentor junior team members.
Working closely with Managers, you'll help shape digital strategies, enterprise architecture solutions, and change management approaches while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 4+ years of consulting experience in technology transformation, digital strategy, or operational excellence
- Strong experience in target operating model design and implementation
- Demonstrated capability in technology selection and vendor evaluation processes
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in proposal development and solution design
- Degree qualified in business, technology, engineering, or related field
- Certification in relevant frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, Agile, BPMN) highly regarded
- Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Experience mentoring junior team members

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
