Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to drive business growth and optimize processes across various functions, including Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role that requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a data-informed work style viewed through a compassionate lens of the user. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, create and maintain project roadmaps, and identify and manage project risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic priorities and project plans
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project roadmaps and stakeholder communication plans
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT and vendors
  • Partner with IT and vendors to design, develop, and enhance solutions to meet business needs
  • Assist in production support to ensure smooth operation of Finance systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience with evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies, such as cloud platforms and data analytics
  • Prior experience in the Finance transformation space, preferably in the crypto industry
