  • Responsible for delivering timely capital reports, including sensitivities, stress capital, budget, and ORSA.
About the Role

This key position involves:

  • Producing HKRBC reporting, such as sensitivities, stress capital, budget, and ORSA, on time.
  • Leading a team of professionals responsible for HKRBC reporting, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance.
  • Sustaining the remittance to Group.
  • Identifying potential risks and opportunities related to capital management and proposing solutions to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.
  • Communicating with stakeholders on capital position and alignment for ALM and capital management initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Actuaries to drive New Business Management from a capital perspective.
  • Analyzing capital implications of regulatory or strategic changes.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with capital management/ALM experience.
  • Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant designations.
  • FSA or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong business acumen and actuarial knowledge.
  • Experience in financial and regulatory reporting, economic capital bases desirable.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
