About the Role

GroupM is seeking a dedicated Regional Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to oversee the regional consolidated reporting and accounting functions of local books. This role will directly contribute to regional growth in APAC, aligning with our global strategy of innovation and excellence.
We thrive on the strength of local expertise, unified by a global vision, to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.Reporting StructureThis role reports to the Regional Finance Director, FP&A.Key Responsibilities
  • Review financial and management reports of countries, including actual, budget, and forecast reporting.
  • Prepare regional management reports with variance analysis and commentary, providing highlights to management if any reporting or business risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Closely work with Country Finance for accurate and timely financial and management reporting, with a tracking and monitoring process in place.
  • Communicate Global reporting requirements to the country finance team, walking through guidelines, report templates, and procedures.
  • Ensure the finance function complies with SOX and company policies under the reporting scope.
  • Support audit work and communication with internal and external auditors.
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant with a degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of accounting and finance experience with multinational companies or listed and sizable companies with multiple legal entities and reporting units.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel and macros).
