Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented Technical Business Analyst to join our IAM team. In this role, you will work closely with application development teams to ensure seamless adoption of standardized or specific use cases. You will be responsible for managing multiple initiatives concurrently, providing end-to-end whiteglove service to onboard applications/users/accounts to our GIAM products.

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions architecture that incorporates the latest best practices and patterns.
  2. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support customers in their understanding of our products.
  3. Analyze requirements and specifications from project managers and product owners to drive technical requirements in products.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in information security and/or software development, with at least 3 years focused on IAM.
  2. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Kerberos, XACML, LDAP, OAUTH 2.0, OpenID Connect, 2FA/MFA.
  3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTTP, and web APIs.
  4. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, Python, BASH, Go.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
