Job Title: Senior Trade Management Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trade Management Associate to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the brokers and trading desks in Equity Derivatives products within a Back Office Operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Trade Management activities related to Matched Principal, Exchange Traded, and Name Give Ups in Hong Kong.
  • Perform Operations Quality & Control functions, including trade matching and reconciliation, inter-system and inter-company reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.
  • Work closely with the Front Office to prepare and discuss initiatives that aid in trade booking and brokerage calculations.
  • Support the business throughout the trade lifecycle, providing Operations feedback and insights with a Risk & Control mindset.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Operations, preferably in Equities and Derivatives products.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, expressive and willing to share thoughts and ideas, positive mindset and attitude, creative and consistent.
  • Work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work on public holidays, shifts, and tasks in rotation basis.
