Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary, 13 months payment, annual leave, medical and dental insurance, OT paid, banking holiday, and work location at Yuen Long West Rail Long Ping MTR.
Job Description
The successful candidate will report to the Logistics Manager and be responsible for leading the logistic operation team to maintain high level logistics services. This includes standardizing and systemizing the workflow, monitoring daily operations, delivery arrangements, and supporting customer service to ensure service quality. The candidate will also coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, prepare regular reports, and have experience in handling full set I/E shipping documents, customs declaration (Tradelink).
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree or above in Logistics / Supply chain management or related disciplines, 3+ years of experience in logistics, proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, good leadership skills, strong problem solving skills, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed. You should also be proficient in MS office and familiar with Excel.
