The Role

You will be responsible for:

Ideal Profile

  • Design Principles: Basic knowledge of design principles (e.g., visual hierarchy, balance, and typography) to create visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Open to Feedback: Open to feedback and willing to refine designs based on input, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Brand Identity: Ability to apply and maintain brand identity consistently across all designs, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
  • No-Code Platforms: Familiarity with no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Wix, or similar) to develop websites and other digital assets efficiently.
  • Research Skills: Strong research skills with the ability to propose and implement creative design solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to express design ideas and collaborate with a remote team, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Responsibility: Trustworthy and responsible, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure for key projects, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and accountability.
