About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for various overseas markets. This includes creating annual marketing plans, managing budgets, and tracking performance to ensure a strong return on investment. You will also oversee brand messaging and consistency across all channels to enhance visibility. Additionally, you will manage social media campaigns, collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and organize offline marketing activities. Your analytical skills will be essential in assessing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and providing insights for improvement. Finally, you will work closely with our product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of overseas marketing management experience is required, preferably in the crypto/blockchain, tech, or finance sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and KOL engagement in overseas markets is also necessary. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
