About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Campus Recreation and Fitness to lead our campus recreation and fitness programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Fitness Centre, developing training programmes, and providing supervision and support to staff and students.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with expertise in programme development and staff supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Fitness Centre.
  • Develop training programmes for staff and students.
  • Provide supervision and support to staff and students.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate fitness programmes into school activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Sports Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
