Job Summary:

">

This role will be responsible for managing and supporting the core operations of market data platforms and data management at HKEX. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure seamless on-boarding and project delivery.

 

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Manage client on-boarding activities to HKEX market data platforms, including real-time pricing feeds, issuer news feed, historical data platform, and other data dissemination channels.

">

• Plan and manage projects, including introducing new data products, improving operation stability, operation control, and efficiency, which includes defining requirements, executing user acceptance tests, and supporting rollout.

">

• Support clients in managing changes, collecting client feedback, answering client enquiries, and working collaboratively with clients.

">

• Partner with in-house technology teams and external solution providers to ensure smooth project deliveries.

">

• Monitor system healthiness, review and manage business continuity plans, conduct risk assessments, and perform regular reviews on operation data.

">

• Conduct regular training on operation events.

">

• Occasionally work on weekends and/or Hong Kong public holidays may be required.

">

• Deliver other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

">

• University degree or above, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.

">

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in well-established financial organizations in operation, with a good concept of operation control and efficiency, as well as incident handling.

">

• Preferred experience with market data, especially on real-time market data feeds.

">

• Meticulous, attentive to details, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.

">

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

">

• Conversant with technical details.

">

• Highly independent, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.

">

• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

">

• Embracing HKEX cultures in work (collaboration, excellence, integrity, diversity, and engagement).

">

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage.

">

• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Associate.
