Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes to processes and procedures, and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting to senior management, ensuring timely delivery of targets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within TCSPs or other relevant industry.
  • A sound understanding of the clients, services, people, processes, and data associated with the relevant component.
  • Experience of operational improvement projects and initiatives.
