Job Title: Human Resources Officer - Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our global HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective talent management strategies that drive business growth.

Talent Management Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP Team to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding process.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in human resources in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, HK employment law, and office administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management software (e.g., HRIS).
