Job Title: Distribution Sales Manager

Fargo Wealth Group Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute insurance solutions across various client segments and channels.
  • Explore new market opportunities, participate in business planning, and drive growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with Family Offices, EAMs, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor channel performance, prepare sales and activity reports, and provide quality post-sales services to clients and channels.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by the team leader to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of insurance experience or financial industry experience.
  • Sales-oriented with strong relationship building skills.
  • Self-motivated, sales-driven, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in spoken, written English and Cantonese. Ability to communicate in Putonghua is a plus.
  • Extensive channel network is preferred.
  • Outgoing personality, aggressive, and mature.
