Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IoT Solution Manager to join our team and contribute to the development and management of our IoT solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, business acumen, and excellent leadership skills.
- Develop and manage IoT solutions, encompassing technical setup, business processes, pricing, and relevant documentation.
- Conduct business analysis to support the development of new product features, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to develop new product capabilities.
- Optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Foster strong relationships with Group's IoT line of business, domestic, and overseas offices on product development and sales opportunities.
- Work closely with external operators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products with cost efficiency.
- Provide occasional sales training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Business Management.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience, including at least 2 years' relevant working experience in a solution-related role with P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated professional experience in direct and/or related domain areas (mobile networks, GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE, IP networks).
- Working knowledge of Product Development and Management functions.
- Familiarity with Connectivity Management platforms such as Cisco Jasper, Ericsson DCP is highly valued.
- Knowledge of embedded SIM and subscription management platforms.
- Experience with IoT technology (NB-IoT, LTE-M, IoT Application Enablement platforms) is a plus.
- Proficiency in software platforms and middleware technologies in the IoT sphere is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, able to manage teams and projects under tight time pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of liaising independently with overseas counterparts and vendors.
- Fluency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin is essential.
- Will to travel and work out of the office if necessary.
