Job DescriptionThe Executive Support Professional plays a crucial role in supporting senior management within the organization. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel arrangements;
- Preparing and reviewing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports;
- Coordinating executive-level manager appointments, meetings, receptions, and conference calls;
- Assisting with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents;
- Processing expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense systems;
- Ordering supplies and processing invoices through Procure to Pay systems;
- Training, coaching, or guiding other administrative staff when required;
This role also involves assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous office administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems;
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented;
You should also possess a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
