About the Company

Strachan Clark is a leading organization that requires a skilled Operations Manager to oversee its day-to-day hedge fund operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in implementing and executing daily workflows accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Investment, Product, Risk, Finance, and Compliance, as well as external partners such as Trustees, Distributors, and Service Providers, to ensure smooth fund launching and daily operations.
  • Be responsible for system enhancements and establishment for existing products/flows, including OMS/PMS upgrades.
  • Deal with various types of counterparties, including prime brokers, fund administrators, auditors, etc.
  • Provide suggestions and support for potential operation model changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-8 years of relevant experience in hedge fund operations or fund accounting.
  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent language abilities in spoken and written English.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a more junior role.
