We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Regional Business Strategist to lead our business development efforts in the dynamic Korea market. Based in Hong Kong, this role will play a pivotal part in fostering strong relationships with external partners and shaping our regional strategy.

This strategic role requires collaboration with colleagues across various departments to expand our presence in the region. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, and market intermediaries/service providers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in an exchange-facing role at a broker or local securities firm in the Korea market
  • Solid understanding of the complexities and nuances of the Korean market
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various audiences
  • Proactive and strategic thinker, able to turn ideas into actionable plans and drive results
