We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Video Producer to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Digital Video Producer, you will be responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality video content for our digital platforms, including desktop, mobile web, apps, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program and curate video content for our digital platforms, using insights to understand our target audiences and optimize content performance.
  • Write and test video headlines and descriptions to maximize engagement and views.
  • Manage daily assignments and workflows for the team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that meet business goals and audience needs.
  • Evaluate and edit video content to ensure it meets our high standards and resonates with our audiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our audiences, their preferences, and behaviors to inform content decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our content and production processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a news production or similar environment.
  • Undergraduate degree in journalism, production, new media, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong news judgment and headline-writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere or similar editing software, with experience in producing short-form vertical video a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a 24/7 news environment and work shifts at all times of day and night.
