About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Instructor to join our team at HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL AVIATION ACADEMY LIMITED. As a key member of our instructional team, you will be responsible for delivering theoretical knowledge instruction to students on our CPL/ATPL training programme.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Teaching and Assessing: Deliver high-quality theoretical knowledge instruction to students on our CPL/ATPL training programme, assessing their understanding and providing feedback.
- Learning Resources Development: Develop and update courseware and training materials to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Student Support: Provide individualised support to students, addressing their learning needs and facilitating their academic success.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the goals of our CPL/ATPL training programme, contributing to a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist in programme and course administration planning, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated with industry developments and best practices in aviation education and training.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications: A recognized degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Experience: At least five years' service in aviation and flight training experience, preferably related to technical knowledge of ATPL.
- Skill Set: A proven record in instructing aviation courses, preferably as part of a Flight Training Organization (FTO), and teaching EASA ATPL technical knowledge subjects is an advantage. Efficient skill in Microsoft, particularly construction of PowerPoint as training materials, is essential.
- Licenses: Possession of Professional Pilot License is an advantage.
