In this critical position, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to ensure the integrity of our railway infrastructure and protect the safety of our passengers and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a deep understanding of structural design and analysis, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You'll work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to enhance our maintenance processes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience. A valid Hong Kong driving license class 1 and 2 is also required.
