">Job Summary:
">This role involves overseeing our Climate Risk management framework, ensuring effective coordination and implementation of relevant policies, measures, tools, reporting, processes, and practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring climate-related risks, conducting materiality identification and strategic assessments, and enhancing our Climate Risk management framework and policy.
">Key Responsibilities:**
">- Conduct regular monitoring reports on climate-related risks
- Identify materiality and conduct strategic assessments of climate-related risks
- Support the enhancement of the Climate Risk management framework and policy
- Improve climate risk-related data collection and quality, and corresponding data systems
- Report climate risk landscape to senior management/committee
- Collaborate with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
Requirements:**
">- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related disciplines
- Advanced degree/Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Certificate/ESG-related qualification is an advantage
- 2-3 years' experience in climate risk management or related risk management field for FI is preferable
- Sound knowledge in climate risk management related standards/guidelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, excellent command of Mandarin is an advantage
