Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Financial Control Department.
  • Oversee the implementation of regulatory requirements, such as SACCR, Large Exposure, and Basel 3.
  • Represent the Finance Department in driving new product assessment and regulatory initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Regional Tax to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Big 4 background and commercial exposure.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
