Role Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the channel strategy and content programming for Red Bull Hong Kong's managed platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and redbull.com.
  • Define the strategy and programming of redbull.com according to the local marketing calendar, adhering to global standards with SEO, connected user experience, and driving conversion down the funnel.
  • Improve channel performance through locally relevant, fun, and light-hearted content that resonates with GenZ audiences.
  • Build community through social media community management and community-focused initiatives to enhance consumer engagement.
Key Performance Indicators
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  2. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future content decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all channels.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media marketing.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, including content production and programming.
  • Proven track record of success in running social media accounts and websites.
  • Expertise in identifying where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage with content according to their consumption behavior.
  • Analytic thinking, high affinity to data, with ability to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives.
