The Job

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Clerk to handle full sets of accounts, manage accounting operations, bookkeeping, prepare journal entries, and conduct accounts analysis independently.
  • The successful candidate will also provide support for management reports and group reporting.
  • Responsibilities include preparing invoices, statements, debit notes, reminders, and receipts, as well as arranging cheque payments and collections.
  • The role requires handling miscellaneous charges and small claims if any.
  • Work will be conducted within the Accounting team of 2 members.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess LCC intermediate Accounting level or above.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in any business is required.
  • Experience in Peachtree or other accounting software is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese-word processing is necessary.
  • Fluency in English, Chinese, and Cantonese is expected.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
  • Annual leave entitlement is 12 days.
  • No overtime work is required.

Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this position is HK$50,000 - HK$70,000 per month. In addition to competitive remuneration, we offer attractive benefits including annual leave and a pleasant working environment.
