Job Title: SAP HR Architect and Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Architect and Consultant to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective SAP HR solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Partnership

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and priorities.

  1. Solution Design and Implementation

Lead the design and implementation of SAP HR solutions, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.

  1. Project Management

Assist with project planning, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis

Translate client requirements into actionable solutions, identifying areas that require systems implementation.

  1. Testing and Documentation

Lead and participate in business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality.

  1. Change Management

Analyze change in light of current business processes, assessing impact on other SAP modules.

  1. Team Collaboration

Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards and best practices.

Requirements

  1. Strong SAP HCM Knowledge

Deep understanding of SAP HCM processes and local statutory reporting and audit requirements.

  1. Implementation Experience

Minimum of 15 years SAP project implementation and rollout experience, with expertise in HR process integration.

  1. Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing abilities.

  1. Leadership

Ability to lead teams and functional and technical consultants, with a strong understanding of process harmonization concepts.
