The Job: Assistant Leasing Manager

In this role, you will work closely with our General Manager to perform comprehensive leasing activities for our company-owned properties, focusing on office buildings. Key responsibilities include handling new lettings and tenancy renewals, marketing, tenancy administration, and negotiations with property agents, potential clients, and tenants.

You will analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies to optimize leasing opportunities, build strong relationships with potential new tenants, and provide exceptional leasing services to drive occupancy rates. Additionally, you will supervise 1-2 Leasing Officers.

Essential Requirements:
  • Degree holder with a strong educational background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, or property management
  • Prior experience in office buildings is highly beneficial
  • Experience working on the landlord side is preferred
  • Managerial experience is desirable but not essential
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with potential new tenants
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing
