Job Responsibilities

  1. The Data Architect Lead will be responsible for building and managing our best-in-class data infrastructure, business intelligence, and analytics solution. This involves formulating, communicating, and executing a holistic and forward-looking data strategy that leverages industry best practices around data and technology.
  2. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization to identify new data sources for business usage and provide consultancy on best practices around data integration. Additionally, you will lead the effective delivery of data platforms, pipelines, and processes that are scalable, secure, well-performed, and able to fulfill existing and future needs of the business development.
  3. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing data systems that service DW, BI, and analytics (predictive modeling, machine learning, etc.). You will design data models, ETL jobs, metrics, KPIs, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet the business requirements.
  4. As the Senior BI Developer, you will work closely with the business to gather requirements and prioritize business information needs. You will also verify BI deliverables to ensure accuracy and that business requirements have been met.
  5. In addition, you will develop and implement data analytics strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. You will provide integrated insight, advisory, and analysis to help drive business revenue via analysis of customer behavior and marketing initiatives.
  6. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager who can facilitate the product UX/UI enhancement via data-driven models. You will also constantly seek to improve operations and capabilities in terms of costs, time, and quality.
  7. The Data Strategy Director will be responsible for emerging latest data technologies and capabilities and driving adoption to add value to the existing data environment and the organization wherever possible. You will ease the data tagging management on web and product apps.

Key Qualifications

  1. A degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  2. At least 10 years of demonstrated industry experience in data warehouse, ETL, BI, big data, or analytics areas and broad exposure to all its sub-disciplines.
  3. Possession of a strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill.
  4. Proficient in database administration and cloud services: AWS (EC2, S3, Athena, Glue, Batch) / Google Cloud / Big data architecture and technologies: Hadoop / HDFS / Lambda / Athena / MapReduce.
  5. Good understanding of technology concepts, trends, and capabilities and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
  6. Familiarity with programming languages: Java, Python, SQL, Shell scripts.
  7. Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills to guide the engineering team and work with cross-functional teams within the organization.
