Job Overview
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in the development cycle of systems from idea generation to enhancement. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to define and analyze business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the end-to-end development cycle of systems.
- Implement system requirements by defining and analyzing business needs.
- Assist with business process re-engineering initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for evaluation and selection of applications and tools.
- Analyze, design, and implement internal SharePoint website and workflows.
- Administration of core application systems.
- Experience with Management Reporting / BI / Data warehouse.
- Support local and regional projects.
- Perform systems release support to user acceptance test team or user department.
- Assist with SIT and UAT tests.
- Proactively recommend solutions to address business needs.
- Prepare system and operational support documentation.
- Level 2 support and system administration.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
