Job Overview

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, increasing efficiency, and capturing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Insights: Draw valuable insights from raw data and collaborate with various operations channels to develop innovative ideas that drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  2. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare comprehensive presentation materials and regular reports on business performance across different operations channels, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Business Analysis and Support: Conduct ad-hoc business analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as new business projects, and provide operational support and maintenance of dashboards.
  4. Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with other departments, including IS, to understand, utilize, and integrate various internal and external data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and informed decision-making.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel), with a deep understanding of Excel functions, such as Pivot Tables, Nested formulas, V/H lookups, Macros, Graphing, etc.
  6. Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Python, Tableau, and Cognos, is highly desirable.
  7. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret statistical reports and financial statements.
  8. Personal Qualities: Possess a self-motivated, positive, and impact-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to make a meaningful contribution to the organization.
Requirements
  1. University degree or above, preferably in Business, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in data analytics, business analysis, or management accounting.
  3. Experience in retail or consumer industries is highly desirable.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
