Required Skills
  1. Advanced degree in accounting or a related field
  2. Professional certifications in accounting and/or finance
  3. At least 10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a focus on leadership and strategy
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  6. Bilingual in Chinese and English
