Kinly's Global Services is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Global Service's team, you will be responsible for providing primary technical support to clients in the maintenance and operation of their audio visual systems.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading organisations globally, supporting the delivery of complex AV solutions. You will be managing client estates remotely and locally to ensure maximum reliability, serviceability, and efficiency in all areas of support.

As the main client contact, you will specialise in supporting the client AV estate, understanding internal client processes, and maintaining strong operational relationships. Your role will involve:

  1. Providing in-depth troubleshooting and user support for reported service issues, often remotely;
  2. Delivering user training on best practices for system use and support scenarios;
  3. Fault finding of audio visual and video conferencing systems to a high level under pressure;
  4. Configuration and fault finding of digital sound processors (DSP), codec configurations, and provisioning of VC infrastructure;
  5. Supporting IPTV systems, digital signage, and satellite systems from various manufacturers;
  6. Assisting commissioning contacts to ensure systems are installed according to guidelines and policies;
  7. Attending meetings to gain visibility of global services client projects and input into designs and support considerations;
  8. Completing site acceptance testing (SAT) including final adjustment of systems prior to handover to clients;
  9. Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to stay up-to-date on technical knowledge.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment, networking knowledge, and understanding of computer software and hardware systems. Additionally, you should be able to read and work to schematic drawings.
