Job Summary

Manager, Corporate Safety (M&E and Cabin)

This challenging role requires close liaison with HKCAD to ensure compliance with all AOC regulatory requirements and MOR reporting criteria.

Key responsibilities include continuous development and enhancement of the company's SMS, as well as analysis and risk assessment of safety data and reports.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in safety management systems, human factors, and fatigue risk management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote safety awareness throughout the airline.

Additional responsibilities include conducting safety hazard surveys and audits, monitoring corrective actions and safety trends, and updating Safety Performance Indicators.

Requirements:

  • Relevant aviation experience and qualifications, preferably with a focus on safety management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols.
  • Knowledge of safety management systems, human factors, and fatigue risk management is highly desirable.
