Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-time Member Services Assistant to join our team at YMCA of Hong Kong. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Member Services Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality services and respond promptly to member enquiries regarding membership matters
  • Perform various counter and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Promote memberships and member activities to enhance engagement and retention

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as hands-on experience with PC operations. A higher diploma or above is preferred, along with relevant work experience. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential, as you will interact with members from diverse backgrounds. If you are a mature, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
