Head Mixologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixologist to join our team at Shangri-La. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality cocktails that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new cocktail menus that showcase your expertise and creativity.
• Lead a team of mixologists to ensure exceptional service and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create unique and bespoke cocktail experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mixology trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bar Manager in a high-end establishment.
• Proven track record of working at multiple bars ranked in the 50 Best Bars list.
• Expertise in creating innovative, high-quality cocktails and exceptional mixology skills.
• Formal training in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• Asian experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our team and guests.
