for someone who has: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bars with similar capacity; and with supervisory responsibilities Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage Sound understanding of various kind of spirits and wine Solid experience in creative mixology, as well as in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails Good business acumen with a well-rounded understanding of beverage cost management Customer oriented team player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
