About the Role

As a Senior Quantitative Analysis Expert at Itarle, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality transaction cost analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders. This involves applying statistical data analysis techniques to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the existing TCA offering, ensuring its expansion and integrity.
  • Creatively investigate and graphically present algorithm performance beyond traditional benchmarks.
  • Conduct market microstructure analysis for Algo parameters calibration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's-level university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative subjects.
  • A strong understanding of relational data management systems, particularly SQL.
  • Proficiency in Java or C++ programming languages.
  • Data manipulation skills, including cleansing, enriching, and merging datasets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively develop research ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Talkative and good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and take responsibility seriously.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with time series analysis and robust statistics in a low-latency environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated interest in data analysis and technology.
  • UNIX/Linux scripting knowledge.
