Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop by taking ownership of parts of different client projects. You will engage in high-profile deals with significant internal and public exposure, working closely with other departments/disciplines, such as Corporate Sector Lending, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Syndications, Financial Markets, etc.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry research, including ratings profiles and peer group analysis, to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Prepare client pitch books, highlighting the benefits of our services and showcasing our expertise
  • Assist in financial analysis and contribute to credit applications for leveraged or structured financing transactions
  • Review transaction documentation and contribute to due diligence processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and projects

What We're Looking For

We seek a highly motivated and analytical individual with excellent communication skills, a strong academic background in Banking, Finance, Economics, or a relevant discipline, and fluency in English and Mandarin (desired). Relevant experience in corporate banking and finance roles, or from accounting firms, would be an added advantage.
