Charterhouse Asia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions, covering talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, delivering high-quality services and support to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to business unit managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including budget management, vendor management, travel arrangements, workplace management, asset management, and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, staying updated on HR best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mature, responsible, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
