Create a rewarding Associate Journey with the people brand.Drive associate engagement by introducing and mastering new associate activities.Conduct and administer learning programs as assigned, e.g., venue setup, learning material preparations, records.Champion early careers/internship program support.Provide administrative and management support to the Director of Human Resources and the Division and ensure the implementation of office administration, hotel policies, standards, and procedures.Qualifications

What you should have:University Degree/Diploma holder preferably in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or business-related degrees.Outstanding language proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.Working experience in large-scale luxury hotels is advantageous.What we offer:
