As a Technical Lead for Frontend Development at IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED, you will play a key role in shaping the company's frontend architecture and leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement highly-responsive user interface components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React JS.
- Design and implement front-end architecture that supports user interface concepts and contributes to the development of microservices.
- Collaborate with the team to prototype and redesign features, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and usability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design, and architecture reviews to maintain the quality and consistency of the codebase.
- Monitor and improve front-end performance by optimizing code and implementing caching mechanisms.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, including Data Structures and Problem Solving.
- Expertise with modern JS libraries/frameworks, preferably React JS, and building advanced responsive layouts.
- Experience and expertise in UI architecture, component/framework design, and browser-based debugging.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and desire to learn new technologies and platforms.
- Solid experience with REST APIs, JSON, Test Driven Development (TDD), and standards.
- Familiarity with HTTP protocol and performance tuning of Web Server, concurrency handling, and caching mechanisms.
- Solid communication skills, able to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding and Experience with basic DevOps tooling, Git workflow, and CI/CD systems.
