Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced COO who can manage all aspects of our operations, including trading, compliance, risk management, and client services. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices to enhance productivity and scalability.
  • This role requires a strong leader who can oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • The COO will also be responsible for ensuring the firm adheres to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Evaluating and implementing technology solutions that enhance operational capabilities and client service is another key responsibility of this role.
  • In addition, the COO will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and service providers.
  • Representing the firm in presentations to potential investors, showcasing the firm's strategies and performance, is also a key aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in the hedge fund industry or investment management, with a strong operational background.
  • A proven track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Presentable and confident in engaging with potential investors and stakeholders.
