Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage Callidus TrueComp (On-Premise) to SAP Commissions (Cloud) migration projects, ensuring seamless transition to cloud-based solutions.
- Act as a Data Integration Consultant for SAP Commissions and Callidus TrueComp implementations, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design and execute data migration strategies, utilizing Shell scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, and HANA PL/SQL to ensure efficient data transfer.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate data migration processes, reducing manual intervention and increasing project efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear documentation and updates throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Proven experience with SAP Commissions and Callidus TrueComp solutions, with a strong understanding of data integration and migration strategies.
- Extensive background in data integration, particularly in migration activities, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
- Strong technical skills in Shell scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, and HANA PL/SQL, with experience in Unix environments.
- Leadership experience in Callidus On-Premise to SAP Commissions Cloud migration projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
