We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager at China Aircraft Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our base maintenance customers, cultivating strong business relationships, and executing contracts acquired by our sales team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer support for base maintenance customers
  • Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships with existing customers to drive effective business execution
  • Execute contracts acquired by the sales team, ensuring commercial terms are met and implemented
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Regularly visit customers in Hong Kong SAR and overseas to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Liaise with the finance department to support billing and invoicing for base maintenance events
  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues and establish effective connections between customers and our internal operations

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as aircraft engineering, aeronautical engineering, or business administration. You should also have excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
