Job Description

The Manager in Training program is a 90-day blended-learning program focused on immersing a manager in all aspects involved in running a multi-million dollar business. Training takes place in store locations, where you'll learn the necessary principles of management, including creating the best in-store experience, recruiting, inclusion & diversity, human resources, store operations, and visual merchandising.

Career Progression

The MIT must complete the training to be moved on into the Assistant Manager role. Successful completion of the program is the first step for leadership. We strongly advocate a philosophy of growth from within, where all of our District Managers, Regional Managers, Directors, and even our Vice President of Stores have gone through the MIT Program.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, strong problem-solving skills, inclusion & diversity awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You'll also need team building skills, a self-starter mentality, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a drive to achieve results.
