Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up on additional supporting documents to facilitate the decision on underwriting, compliance, and premium financing after case submission
  • Approve claims cases within time-sensitive targets
  • Conduct thorough investigations into claims cases
  • Prepare tailored-made letters, including decision and investigation letters
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments from management
  • Resolve claims appeal cases and complaint cases related to claims
  • Conduct training sessions for internal staff and/or agents
  • Respond to agents' enquiries and other agent-related matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • Preferably with professional qualifications in Life Insurance, such as FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute), ALHC (Associate, Life and Health Claims), ACS (Associate, Customer Service)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in individual life insurance claims
  • Effective communication in English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
  • A good team player who is eager to learn and strive for improvement
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy rate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
