Responsibilities:

  • System Administration:
    • Perform routine system setup, backup, software installation, patch upgrades, system monitoring, and health checks to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
    • Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to meet growing business demands.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide expert-level technical assistance to junior system administrators, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in system architecture design and infrastructure management.
  • Infrastructure Management:
    • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, architecture, and best practices.
    • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and standards, applying innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and security.
  • Requirements:
    • Hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019 administration.
    • Proven expertise in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Cluster, SCCM, and middleware products such as IIS.
    • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience with Red Hat KVM and MS Exchange are highly valued.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
    • A strong motivation to work collaboratively, adapt quickly to new technologies, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
