Job Title: Compliance Risks Officer Trainee

Societe Generale Assurances is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Risks Officer Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our Global Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our compliance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the maintenance of APAC ESG regulatory mapping and support the advisory and ad-hoc business enquiries related to ESG topics.
  • Coordinate the update of APAC compliance policy roadmap and support the creation, review, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Support the preparation of monthly induction training sessions and assist with gathering and reporting metrics of management information.
  • Contribute to GRC team projects and initiatives and support Group enquiries as needed.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in business, law, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Be highly motivated, self-starting, and able to work independently while collaborating and coordinating as part of a global program.
  • Be detail-oriented, flexible, and diligent with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Have proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
